Valuations for Market Value

On listing your property with us you will be presented with a written evaluation form of your property together with a written market valuation for listing for sale purposes setting out comparable sales in your neighbourhood.

• We can also provide valuations of properties for other purposes on request.
• You will also be provided with a costing agreement setting out in full our fee for service which is unique in this profession.
• You will be provided with a detailed advertising program and costing charges relating to the same.
• Your property will be listed on the For Sale pages on this site.
